"This CLE program was consistent with the very high quality of ALPS CLE programs I have attended in the past, which were live on site. The online video format was well done, and was the first such CLE I have experienced in this format. The online format was equally as good as live on site, and I felt each speaker was excellent and well prepared."

If you fail to complete your CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements by your state’s reporting deadline, the consequences vary by jurisdiction, but may include some of these common consequences:
Grace Period: Many states offer a short grace period (often 30–60 days) to make up missing credits without severe penalties, sometimes with a small late fee.
Fines or Administrative Fees: You may be required to pay a late compliance fee or reinstatement fee.
Administrative Suspension: Failure to complete your CLE or report compliance after the grace period may result in your license to practice law being administratively suspended until you complete the credits and pay any penalties.
Reinstatement Requirements: Reinstatement generally requires completing all outstanding CLE credits, paying all fees, and filing proof of compliance.
Public Record or Disciplinary Consequences: Some states (like California and New York) may report noncompliance to the bar’s disciplinary authority, which could affect your standing or appear on public records.
Please check with your bar association to understand your specific state's regulations.
