The ALPS CLE library is embarking on a migration.
In response to customer feedback, and in an effort to improve and update customer experience within our CLE platform, we are migrating all of our CLE courses and CLE customer accounts to a new third-party platform called CE21. This move will take place in mid-December and we are preparing for the next leg of our journey:
- From mid-December to early March, our on-demand CLE library will be unavailable and your CLE account will be inaccessible
- Prior to December 20, please make sure to finish up your on-demand courses (and if you are in a self-reporting state, download your certificates).
- In early March, when the migration is complete, you'll receive details on how to access your new ALPS CLE account.
- If you've received a code for free CLE between January - March 2021, you'll be able to use your code to redeem your free CLE once the new catalog launches.
Our intention is to carry over all of your account details so all you'll need to do is reset your password to gain access to your new customer account. We've got some incredible live CLE offerings lined up for you next year starting in March.
Please be patient with us during this transition. As this event may inspire curiosity and questions, ALPS is here to assist with your CLE needs to the best of our ability. Thank you in advance for your understanding during this transition time!
