Course Description:
Using the 2025 Solo Attorney Wellbeing Survey conducted by ALPS as a backdrop, "Navigating Wellness: Insights from Solo Attorneys on Wellbeing and Resilience" draws on the survey to introduce practical solutions to common wellness challenges lawyers face. Topics discussed include maintaining a healthy work-life balance, building and maintaining effective attorney-client relationships, establishing and maintaining boundaries, and prioritizing and improving wellness.
