Leah Gooley, Underwriting Manager. Leah has served as the ALPS Underwriting Manager since 2018. She brings a background in claims management from Liberty Mutual and sales experience with a local agency providing solutions to personal and small commercial clients. Ms. Gooley leads ALPS’ underwriting operations, helping ensure lawyers have access to insurance solutions that reflect the unique risks of legal practice while promoting long-term stability and risk management within the profession. Ms. Gooley received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Montana in 2013 and holds a B.A. from Gonzaga University. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, earned her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation, and holds additional designation in claims (AIC), risk management (ARM) and Cyber (CPLP).
