SARA D. SMITH 

Sara is the CFO of ALPS Corporation. Sara joined ALPS in 2003 as a staff accountant and later as controller. Sara has worked for a diverse group of companies including Montana Rail Link, Dudley & Associates LLC, and the Target Corporation. She received her B.A. degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Montana in 1998 and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 2002. 

Sara also received her CPA in 2006 and is licensed in the state of Montana. She is an active member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Board of Directors of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants. Sara also serves on the Board of Directors for Lawyers Reinsurance Company, MT CPA Board of Directors and MTB Missoula.
