PAULINE MORLEY

Pauline is the US Head of E&O for AXIS Capital. She joined Axis with more than 35 years of professional liability underwriting and leadership experience. She held senior positions at Western World Insurance Group, Travelers, HCC, USI and Argo. During her career she has overseen the launch, development and/or growth of several different professional lines including Public Officials Liability, Educational E&O, Technology/Cyber, Lawyers Professional, Construction Professional, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Allied Health and Non Profit and Private D&O.

Pauline served on the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) Board of Trustees from 2001-2007 and served on the PLUS Foundation Board from 2007-2014, ultimately serving as President of the Foundation for two years. Pauline has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. She earned her Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Surplus Lines Insurance (ASLI) Designations. Pauline resides in New Jersey with her husband and son.
