BRUCE L. CROCKETT

 

Bruce is Chairman of Crockett Technologies Associates (technology consulting). Mr. Crockett served as President and CEO of COMSAT Corporation (satellite communications) as well as various other operational and financial positions from September 1980 until July 1996. Mr. Crockett is the Lead Independent Director of London based Ferroglobe Plc (NASDAQ) (metal & alloy producer), a Life Trustee of the University of Rochester, and a member of the Board of Advisors of the Western Colorado University Business School.  Mr. Crockett retired from being Chairman and a trustee of the Invesco Family of Mutual Funds in December 2020. He holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Rochester and the University of Maryland, an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and an honorary doctorate from the University of Maryland.
