BRADLEY D. DANTIC

Brad joined ALPS in 2002 and serves as Chief Legal Office & Secretary.  Prior to joining ALPS, Brad was an attorney and certified public accountant practicing as a principal shareholder in the law firm of Worden Thane, P.C. in Missoula, Montana.  Brad’s legal practice focused on corporate and commercial law, health care, taxation, real estate, pension plans and ERISA.

Brad obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting from The University of Montana in 1985 (B.S. with Honors).  While attending The University of Montana, he enjoyed playing collegiate football for the Griz.  He was an honorable mention All‑Big Sky Conference wide receiver and was twice selected as an Academic All‑American District 7.  Upon obtaining his undergraduate degree and passing the CPA examination, Brad practiced as a certified public accountant in Phoenix, Arizona with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP.  He eventually returned to The University of Montana and received his law degree in 1991 (J.D. with High Honors).  During law school, Brad was selected to serve as a member of The University of Montana Moot Court team. Brad is a former course instructor in the subject areas of business law and real estate secured transactions for candidates sitting for the Montana bar examination. 

Brad is admitted to practice law in both the State of Montana and the State of Washington.  He serves on the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability, is a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and was honored in 2020 as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.  He has been an active member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Montana since 1991.
