How do I make a payment?
Did you finance your policy with ALPS? Follow these instructions to make a payment and keep your policy effective.
To make a payment to your account, please click on the situation that best describes your request.
- I am a current ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Co. policyholder.
- I have a business insurance policy (BOP, Commercial Liability, Higher Limits of Cyber, Commercial Auto, etc).
- I have a lawyers' professional liability insurance policy through ALPS Insurance Agency that is not with ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Co.
To confirm if your policy is with ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Co. or another carrier, please look at your declarations page or policy documents.
Current ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Co. policyholder
To make a payment for your ALPS legal malpractice insurance policy:

Please log into your ALPS Premium Billing System account
- If you have not logged in yet, your username and password are located on your Notice of Acceptance.
- From your main Account Summary screen, Click "Pay Now"

- Select your preferred payment option and click "Next" before filling out your specific payment details and submitting your payment.

Business insurance policyholders (BOP, Commercial Liability, Higher Limits of Cyber, Commercial Auto, etc)
If you financed your insurance policy, your financing details would have been arranged as part of your acceptance. Please review those documents for information on making payments. For any questions, please contact Nikki Marlowe, ALPS Business Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Lawyers' professional liability insurance policyholders placed through ALPS Insurance Agency, not insured through ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Co.
If you financed your lawyer's professional liability insurance policy, your financing details would have been arranged as part of your acceptance. Please review those documents for information on making payments. For any questions, please email your account manager. You can find your Account Manager's information on our People page, as well as in the welcome documentation you received when the policy was issued.
